Parts designed for an A&K PKM (airsoft replica)
Short barrel kits (gas blocks, jigs, thread/flashider options).
PKM Chamber insert.
AR BufferTube adapter and locking ring.
~Short barrel / Chamber Kits~
2 Versions (Slant or Flat gas blocks)
Utilise any 20mm OD tube as the main outer barrel, any material of your choosing will work. (PVC was used in this example)
Attach length of tube to printed PKM chamber and install in PKM (using stock outer chamber/carry handle),
Use corresponding gas block jig (slant or flat) to slide onto barrel and into gas piston, once in correct position, mark outer barrel tube for cutting (inner edge of circle barrel goes through closest to chamber).
Once cut to size glue all parts together aligned correctly, easiest way is to apply glue to parts and install on replica to ensure correct alignment before setting.
Print and glue in desired thread adapter on gasblock. (14mmCCW, 24mmCW, PKM flashider)
Paint as required.
~AR buffer Tube adapter~
Should fit standard buffer tube threads, use locking ring to center tube before tightening castlenut (if your tube has the locating notch).
