Printing and assembly:
For printing I recommend standard 2 walls with 10-15% infill using pretty much any material you want; the only supports needed are for the front handles of the drawers.
Assembly is easy with hinge pins being pieces of standard 1.75 mm filament; no extra hardware is needed.
