PvZ Chess Full Set - Optimized for Moving Bed

🛠 Update Log (June 28 23：50): Support & Adhesion Optimization

• Optimized Support Distance: Increased the Top Z distance to 0.25mm for easier, cleaner tree support removal, preventing thin character parts (like stems/arms) from snapping during clean-up.

• Better Adhesion: Fine-tuned initial layer behaviors.

• Tip: For thin models, handling support removal with extra care or using PETG filament is highly recommended for maximum toughness

This project is born to push the absolute boundaries of the Bambu Lab A1 Mini build plate (180x180mm). Squeezing a massive, interlocking chessboard and 32 highly detailed characters into this compact moving-bed printer was a huge challenge, but after countless hours of tuning, it’s finally done!

🛠 How I Optimized Every Single Plate

Instead of just throwing files together, every single model and plate in this 3MF has been individually tuned with custom slicing profiles.

The 9-Piece Interlocking Base (Plates 1-9): Tuned with Lightning Infill (9%) to maximize speed and prevent warping at the corners. They are optimized to snap together perfectly straight out of the print bed with zero tolerance issues!

The Plant & Zombie Army (Plates 10-13): Every character is split by faction and size. I manually tuned custom tree support settings, lowered the initial layer speed to 35mm/s, and optimized acceleration to eliminate ghosting and prevent tall figures from wobbling or getting knocked over by the nozzle!

🎨 Color-Guided Map Included

Even though it's sliced for seamless single-color execution, I have pre-assigned color-coded maps for different factions. You can change the entire theme or re-map colors in 1 second in Bambu Studio!
