4S1P 33140 case

Made this since I didn't stop to think about how to get the 33140s I ordered actually connected since I couldn't tack weld onto the copper terminals, ended up putting this together in Orca using Overture 95A TPU to make bushings to hold M3 screws with M3 terminal lug washers to make my contacts.

Not a great project, I'm not going to do a good job documenting it but it is up here since it's easier for me to keep track of my files or share them this way.  It might be better than starting from zero for someone though.

Uses 12 M3x5x4 hot melt inserts to hold the case together, all TPU parts were printed at 100% infill and are held in place by being compressed with the force of the case.

Made this for myself since I wanted just cells hooked to wires, if it helps someone out that's great but this upload is a bad starting point for a project.

Eventually I might put the project together better but I'm also interested in redoing the case to use battery clip contacts slipped into place instead of the bushing/bolt design at some point.
