Logitech Powerplay 2 Spacer / Adapter
This is a custom spacer/adapter for the Logitech POWERPLAY 2 wireless charging system.
I created it because I use a Secretlab desk with a MAGPAD. The MAGPAD's magnetic field interferes with the POWERPLAY 2 charging system, preventing the mouse from charging properly. I found several similar solutions, but none of them fully met my requirements, so I decided to design my own.
The POWERPLAY 2 charging plate fits tightly into the adapter. The fit is intentionally snug to prevent the charging plate from moving during use. Depending on your printer and material, you may need to slightly adjust the dimensions or post-process the part for a looser fit.
The original mouse pad sits almost flush with the outer edge of the adapter, resulting in a clean and low-profile appearance.
The POWERPLAY 2 base also has a snug, secure fit and snaps into the adapter.
Printing
The largest printed part measures approximately 202 × 181 mm.
I printed the model on a Prusa XL using the following settings:
Nozzle: 0.4 mm
Infill: 5%
Material: PLA
Print tolerances may vary depending on printer calibration, filament and printing settings.
V2: I adjusted the height slightly because the induction charging was sometimes unreliable.
