I made this hinge for a German interior door. I used one normal metal hinge and one 3D printed hinge on the same door.
The printed hinge was mounted at the bottom of the door, where there is less stress on the part. The dark grey one in the 11. photos was coated with graphite spray, which makes it look nicer and helps it move more smoothly.
Printed in PLA with 5 Walls and 100% Infill. 45Degree sliced (Image 6).
