Dayton DC-160 Speaker ring

I built some speakers that used the Dayton Audio DC-160 6.5" woofers.  I mounted them recessed to the outside surface of the speaker cabinet but did not like the look of the factory mounting ring.  This part gives a more finished look and also provides for eight (8) mounting screws versus the original four (4).  Note that using this ring requires removing the factory foam/paper mounting ring and drilling four additional holes in the speaker frame.  Both operations likely void the warranty!!!!

Printing notes:  I used black PETG, 0.25mm layers, 0.6mm nozzle and printed these "upside down" so the surface of the ring facing you was printed directly on the textured build plate.  You'll need to flip the model 180 degrees to make that happen but the result is a nice matte finish on the surface of ring that you'll see after installation, with very limited visible print lines.  Given that, I also had the slicer include supports from the build plate in the eight (8) areas for the screw heads.  The resulting small support structures were super easy to pop off after printing.
