This is a caliper mount for the Lockdown Securewall system. There isn't alot of mounting options outside of firearms. I printed this face down and pause at layer 57 to insert a 6x2mm round magnet into the print to help make sure the calipers are secure. If you dont want to add the magnet, printing it in the up and down orientation is probably the way with the least amount of supports needed.
