AURA Playing Card Case

A clean, form-forward case for a standard poker-size deck of playing cards, 63.5 × 88.9 mm. AURA uses a telescoping lid and two-tone body to give the case a finished, product-grade look with no glue, fasteners, or supports required.

The lid slides on securely with a continuous retention rib, helping it stay in place in a bag or pocket. It pulls off with a firm, deliberate click. Horizontal grip flutes along the sides make it easier to handle, while the thumb scoop and slightly raised deck position make the cards easy to lift out.

Two models are included:

• Suit Edition

  • The lid top is embossed with a classic playing-card suit for a clean premium detail.

• Blank Edition

  • The lid top is flat and left open for customization. Add initials, a logo, a favorite suit, a poker-night date, or your own raised design using tools like Bambu Mesh Graffiti or BumpMesh.

Print notes:

No supports needed. The lid prints open-side down and the tray prints open-side up.

Recommended settings are 0.2 mm layers, 3 to 4 walls, and 15 to 20% infill.

PLA and PETG both work well. For the two-tone look, print the lid and tray in contrasting colors.

The fit is tuned for a tight, quality-focused printer. If the lid is too loose or too tight, a small flow or Z-seam adjustment, or a light sand on the rib, should dial it in.

Designed to look good on a shelf and hold up in a bag. Print one for game night, and use the Blank Edition when you want to make it your own.
