This is my version of a simple pistol safety flag designed for 9mm and larger caliber handguns.
There are two versions of the flag. One is with a hole for a split-ring and label or tag and the other is without a hole so it is just a solid flag.
I recommend printing it in a bright red or orange filament because the idea is for it to be highly visible from a distance that the flag is in the action of that handgun and that there is no way for a round to be in the barrel and that the action is kept open.
Recommendations: 1) Print it pointing up with supports underneath the short and long tabs. 2) Use PETG and at least 50% infill for durability.
