Baseball Home Plate Sign

Create a personalized baseball home plate featuring a player’s name, position, and jersey number. 

Easy multicolor printing using Prusa Slicers Color Painting (Height Range) feature, so you can create a clean three-color print without needing separate parts or filament changes at every layer. Can be done on a single spool printer just do a change color at layer. 

I have seen this design a ton online so i made my own. 

Use 2 mm for height of text!! Takes only a minute or two to add the text witth the text tool in slicer.

Color Painting Instructions

This model is designed to use Height Range Color Painting.

Print with a layer height of your choice (0.20 mm works well), then in Bambu Studio:

1. Open the Color Painting toool.

2. Select Height Range.

3. Use a 2.0 mm height range.

Assign colors as follows:

• Base/Home Plate: White

• Baseball Stitching: Blue or Red (whatever you liike)

• Player Name, Position, and Number: Black Which makes the border black as well because of the height s.

Because the lettering is raised above the stitching, the Height Range tool makes it easy to assign the text its own color while keeping the base and stitching separate.

Recommended Print Settings

• 0.20 mm layer height

• 15% infill

• 2–3 walls

• PLA

• No supports

• Print face-up
