The building process is very similar, however the use of superglue and or a file might be needed in order for the parts to sit in place right

Dimensions were designed specifically for my 3d printer (ender 3 v3 se) which lacks alot of fine accuracy when printing so several tolerances were expanded

Assembly:

To assemble you need to print out: 1 frame and 1 frame brace (test 2 5, test 2 6), 33 track links which are connected with dry filament going thru their holes, 3 unpowered wheels and 1 powered one which attaches to the motor (standard adafruit yellow tt motor) and 3 suspension pins

Onto the frame attach the suspension pins and the motor (using m3 screws), place the suspension pins so that the short thin bit goes into the holes of the frame, ontop of the thick part of the pins attach one wheel too each, also attach the powered wheel onto the motor, after that place the now connected 33 track links around the wheels and top it all off with the frame brace

Some troubleshooting advice while assembling:

If the suspension pins dont fit, using a size 7 drill bit on a drill, expand a hole, also file it down after,

If the hole is too big for the suspension pins try and increase the size of the pins in your slicer, or try and hold them in place with super glue

If filament doesnt fit inbetween 2 track links, use a size 2 drill bit

If the frame holes for the m3 screws for the motor arent big enough, expand them using a size 3 drill bit

If wheels arent spinning freely enough, use a size 7 drill bit + file just like the stick

Also i already made a robot using the original track threads, so im probably gonna publish that at some point too, if anyone is wondering what the pegs ontop of the tracks are, its for adding rubber pads made out of tpu, which is currently a work in progress, probably gonna post it as a remix aswell
