This can be used as a decoration for a cute modern look, as well as a fidget.
Print Settings
You might want to flip him on his back so the supports don't mess up the tongue. I printed him standing up, but I had to carve out the supports in his mouth. So It's your preference. I would use supports either way you print him, and 10-15% infill, and 0.1-0.2 layer height.
