Metal bed frame screw clamp mattress holder with post. The post points up and the lays flat on the side of the mattress, preventing sliding. I use this on a full mattress that likes to slide under the decorative frame and shelf for kids room. Works well. I've been using for 5 months and have not had to reposition the clamps, even with bedding changes. I have one at the head and foot of the bed tucked behind the side board.
Printed with Gcode on a Flashforge Adventurer 5m with rapid petg black filament. Used this STL file in Orca to get my desired settings.
