If you’re old like me, your neck gets sore after wearing a VR headset for a while. I’ve seen other designs for counterweights but I wanted to take a crack at designing one. This one fits perfectly at the back of the Oculus Quest 2 head strap. It uses standard American nickels as weights and holds about 70 or so. Adjust to your liking. It also has a lid to keep the nickels from flying out during aggressive gameplay. Because the lid is a tolerance fit, your mileage may vary depending on printing settings and filament type. If the fit ends up not being tight enough, just throw a rubber band around it.
