This is a simple holder for the Zigbee rainsensor that has a small solar panel and battery inside it named "Smart Home Zigbee Solar Charging Real-time Rainwater Detector Smart Life App Controlled Wireless Solar Rain Sensors" which you can get on AliExpresss.
You just stick the sensor in there via compression. You could also use the sticky pad it came with but I found that the pressure fit was pretty good. Time will tell if PLA warping in the sun will loosen it.
I printed this with 0.6mm nozzle and 0.42 layer heights.
