Strap your Ring stick up cam to your downspout. Use 2 M3 screws/nuts or add some threaded inserts for a more secure attachment. Then use some hose clamps to strap it to your downspout or a pipe somewhere.
I used this as an excuse to finally learn FreeCAD. Included a parametric FreeCAD file so you can modify it to taste.
