MPCNC Jackpot Electronics Enclosure (V18)
Custom-designed enclosure for my Mostly Printed CNC (MPCNC) running a Jackpot board (FluidNC/ESP32 controller).
The box houses the Jackpot board, stepper drivers, LRS-100-24 power supply, and wiring for NEMA17 motors. It provides better organization, dust protection, and cable management compared to my previous open setup.
Features:
Mounting points sized for the Jackpot board and common driver stacks
Compartment for LRS-100-24 (or similar 24V PSU) with bottom ventilation
Cable routing channels and strain-relief entry points for motor cables, limit switches, spindle/relay, probe, etc.
Removable lid secured with 8x2mm magnets (plus the geometric cutout pattern shown in photos)
SD card slot access designed into the layout
Flexible mounting options for MPCNC frame or workbench
Printed in green PETG. Main case and lid are separate files.
This is version 18 of the design, refined while reviving my older MPCNC build.
Print Settings Used:
PETG (recommended for heat resistance near the PSU)
0.2 mm layer height
25-35% infill
Minimal supports
Assembly Notes: Uses 8x2mm magnets for the lid retention and includes SD card access.
Photos show the installed unit with wiring, powered Jackpot board and the patterned lid.
