To build a Peltier cell cap air conditioning unit, you will need
2 Peltier cell kits, which you can purchase on AliExpress from the link.

Assembly:
1. Screw the 2 fans to the 2 heat sinks.
2. Spread thermal paste on the Peltier cell.
3. Apply thermal glue to the 4 corners of the Peltier cell and glue it to a heat sink with a fan on the hot side (the cold side is labeled SR-01).
4. Insert the block with the Peltier cell and heat sink into the 3D print.
5. Apply thermal paste and thermal glue.
6. Attach the second heat sink with the fan, making sure the fins are facing forward, and secure with a zip tie while waiting for the glue to dry.
7. Once the glue has dried, remove the zip tie and then glue the board to the 3D printed part.
8. Solder the fan wires to the OUT terminals, observing the correct polarity, while the cell will be connected to the IN terminals.
9. Connect a USB-C cable to a power bank and install the small air conditioner you just built.
10. Enjoy the cool air as you travel.
