This is replacement wheel for Viking Mb 3 R.
Wheel part number: 6364 700 0400 -- Outside diameter : 200mm
Cover part number: 6375 704 0301
The wheel requires 2x 6301 bearings. The part has the required tolerances for the bearings to be press fitted.
The cover requires 4x 3mm screws ( min. 15mm lenght, max 30mm lenght), also not requred, but its reccomended to use 4x 3mm washers.
It is supposed to be printed from ABS. (It is possible to print it from PLA if you store it in dry cool place, away from sun)
The press in tool models are released, one with centering pin and one without.
When printed with 3 walls and 20% 3D honeycomb infill it takes around 400g of plastic, due to this, soon I will be releasing a lightweight version of the wheel.
Testing: Only the bearing tolerances have been tested, I'm currently awaiting delivery for ABS plastic to print the full wheel.
