This is a wall-mounted coat or towel hook in the shape of the American alligator. The gator parts of the model are a 3D scan of this toy alligator and the wall hook parts were modeled in Fusion.
I originally made this model as a test for a home project where I CNC milled the actual toys to make the towel hooks. I figured I'd post the stl files since they're easier to share. Enjoy!
To use:
Print both pieces (I used 0.1mm layer height and organic supports)
Attach the bracket to the wall (using anchors as needed). You must use flat head screws that sit below the outer face of the bracket, or you will not be able to get the gator on!
Slide the gator over the bracket. There should be a gentle click as it locks in place.
Hang stuff from the mouth, tail, or both!
