Standard issue clicking fidget, however it uses a mechanism similar to a retractable pen instead of a keyboard switch.
Printing Instructions:
Material: PETG. I haven't tried anything else yet.
Layer Height is .12 , I think the smaller the better on the interfacing components.
The housings should be oriented this side down and supports painted on that highlighted face.
I've also set Wall Printing Order set to outer/inner which improved the threads.

The Spring elements I've been printing vertically with supports. I've tried other orientations but they haven't been as successful. I have also had better results printing them individually as opposed to a batch.

Assembly should come together like this

Notes:
Sometimes it comes off the plate and works perfectly the first try. Most times however, it takes a number of manual cycles to smooth down some of the interfacing layers or knock off some stringing.
If it does stick initially after the first click. I like to remove the top cap, plunger, and top spring. Then I'll push and pull the plunger repeatedly until there is smooth motion. If the bottom Spring seems to get stuck in half rotated position, I'll unscrew the bottom cap 1/4 turn or so. that will relieve a bit of the tension either on the bottom interface or on the teeth and then it should snap back into position. I've had to repeat this a few times to get some operating smoothly.
The springs are the trickiest part. The top spring doesn't have much room for error. In a future revision I'm going to try and open that up a little bit
Why?: My wife wanted a sensory stim that had a fun texture to hold that also had a pen like click that she could give to her clients. And I love an excuse to introduce complexity where a $0.05 part could work.
