I use this to hold some to do lists. I had a small magnetic sheet (but anythining magnetic will do) and I slid it inside.
I put magents and it hold it up, and I can choose the height. It is light enough to be held in place ysing pins/thumbtacks.
You can also put some small pictures in it if you want.
the opening (area for the sheet) is roughly 5 1/2 x 3 in.
