The original design did not prevent the exhaust flap from swinging down out of alignment with the exhaust slot in the main chamber. When out of alignment the servo jambs when the exhaust port is opened.
The screw which holds the air guide to the servo shaft loosens preventing the servo from moving the air guide and opening the exhaust port. This modification uses the servo arm to fasten the air guide securely to the servo output shaft.
The servo arm air guide uses the servo arm supplied with the FT90M servo. Cut the arm that extends past the edge of the guide.
