This is a locking collar, similar in design to the collars that use small pins (https://www.printables.com/model/1775972-bdsm-collar-pin-lock), magnets (https://www.printables.com/model/1574998-bdsm-collar-with-magnetic-key), or padlock (https://www.printables.com/model/1776050-bdsm-collar-padlock) for locking.
As with the other versions, this collar uses a sliding front plate to lock the collar closed. This collar uses a cylindric furniture lock, such as the Burg-Wachter ME/2 (https://www.amazon.com/Burg-Wachter-Lock-Blocker-Furniture/dp/B07P6HQV5T/) for the locking mechanism.
