Edit: forgot to mention, Orca Autororientation puts the the bodys on the cut corner face and they print suprisingly well this way.

The original exhaust Filter and similar working internal Filters didn't do it for me so i tried to fit the biggest radial blower fans into the availble space.

I know at the moment they're not the most beaufiful mod but as always as soon as my prototypes work i kinda lose the drive to polish them to perfection ^^'
So i decided to release them in the current state instead of sitting on them for another year.

the right body part uses the bottom 2 screwholes (use heat inserts) and the left one actually just the one ... but it works (and has the added benefit, that you can turn it a little bit for assembly ^^). I used a washer on the outside to it doesn't leave scratchmarks

the 80*40*15 Hepa Filters (ilife, chuwi whatever https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005006011637467.html) are pushed into the fan chute, either by force or by cutting one edge a little bit to make space for the enormous bed mounts of the Zero ^^

the carbon baskets just slide into the housing parts, remeber to give them a height modifier with 1mm, no top or bottom layers, Honeycomb and 20% infill. i printed my first set in petg only to use them to finally print my current in ABS to be on the save side ... but the petg ones workd for ~10 prints wihtout any problems too

As i insisted on using the orinial 4 pin ports i finally found these after a lot of searching https://de.aliexpress.com/item/1005008488370761.html

24V 4Pin 4500rpm, you can get them with coins in a deal for ~10€/pcs

or just use a klipper expansion board and one of the thousend cheaply avaible 2pin 24V fans ><'

push the fan into the chute (for extra clout add the tpu gasket) oush the chute on the body et Voilà

If you have any questions or suggestions or can't help but tell me how ugly my prints are fire away

Oh and i added Fan/Hepa parts as step files to easily adaption for other fans
