Shout it out loud! This model is part of my Slave To The Metal 90s Drawing Series /Collection where I am bringing a whole page of classic band logos into the 3D printing world. Be sure to check out the full collection link to see all the other plaques available!

This specific model captures the sharp, lightning-bolt style of the classic KISS typography. To give you maximum flexibility for your display setup, I have designed this with both Base and No-Base options. Both versions feature integrated keyhole slots on the back, so you can easily mount the standalone text or the full plaque version completely flush against your wall!

It is perfectly sized to print cleanly as a single piece on standard and smaller 3D printer beds without scaling down the details!

Dimensions

  • Text Width: 7.65”

  • Text Height: 3.15”

  • Text Thickness: 0.5” (0.375 with base)

  • Text Inset: 0.125”

  • Base Height: 3.4”

  • Base Thickness: 0.125”

  • Total Thickness: 0.5”

Print Settings

  • Material: PLA (Looks amazing with silk, matte, or neon colors!)

  • Layer Height: 0.12mm to 0.20mm (Lower layer heights recommended for super crisp top-surface slopes and sharp letter faces).
