This is a heavy-duty, space-saving mounting system designed to hang a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 tablet onto a desk shelf or pegboard setup. It features a robust M20×2.5 thread system that allows you to easily adjust the screen's viewing angle by rotating the mount, providing the perfect secondary screen setup for your workspace.

## Specifications & Compatibility

* Device: Perfectly fits the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (and devices with similar thickness).

* Shelf/Desk Clamp Capacity: Designed for shelves or desk lips with a thickness of exactly 12.5 mm (the large slot on the L-shape column is 12.5mm).

* Adjustability: Smoothly rotate the M20 screw mechanism to tilt or angle the tablet precisely where you need it.

## Proven Print Settings (Optimized for PETG)

PETG is highly recommended for this project to ensure structural strength and prevent the clamp from snapping under the tablet's weight.

To achieve a clean print and eliminate the common PETG "stringing monster" and support collapse, use these tested settings (optimized in OrcaSlicer):

* Material: PETG (Ideally kept in a filament dryer box while printing!)

* **Nozzle Temperature:** 230°C for the First Layer, 235°C for All Other Layers (Lowering the temp slightly keeps the PETG from becoming too runny and leaking).

* **Bed Temperature:** 75°C First Layer / 70°C Other Layers.

* Orientation: Print the L-shape column vertically to ensure the M20 threads are printed with maximum precision.

* **Wall Loops:** 4-5 walls (Crucial for the M20 bolt and clamp strength).

* **Infill:** 20% - 30% (Gyroid or Grid).

### 🚨 Critical Slicer Tweaks to Prevent Stringing:

1. **Enable "Wipe while retracting":** MUST BE ON. Set a wipe distance of around 1mm to clean the nozzle tip before travel moves.

2. Enable "Avoid crossing walls": This forces the nozzle to travel within the infill, keeping any potential wispy strings hidden inside the model.

3. Cooling Fan: Keep the main fan at 30% - 40% for maximum layer adhesion, BUT increase "Overhangs and external bridges fan speed" to 80% - 100%. This ensures the 12.5mm overhang slot and small support structures cool down fast enough and do not melt or collapse.

4. **Retraction Length:** 1.5 mm - 2.0 mm (for Direct Drive extruders).

Hope Yr Gays Enjoy It!
