This 3d printable frog model is reasonably anatomically accurate rendering of Rhacophorus nigropalmatus (Wallace's flying tree frog); except, of course, for the knife.
I printed this version in white PLA with the frog and the knife separately to make painting easier. Then I used my usual gap filler (1:1:1 PVA, acrylic gesso, wood filler) before painting it with a mix of acrylics and mica powders. After that, I added the pupils using black enamel paint, then coated the eyes with UV resin for a bit of shine.
If you don't like the realistic colorway, you can always opt for whimsical: I printed one at 50% (33mm x 66mm x 44mm) scale and painted it pink.
