Clip Strap Assembly

For the purposes of this assembly, please ignore any precieved lengths of the strap, it has been greatly reduced to allow for visualization of steps.

Step 0: Prepare parts

Cut 2in Nylon strap to 1.5 meters. Using a torch, singe the ends so they don't fray.

Step 1: Position end of Nylon Strap

The strap should overlap itself 1-2 inches.

Step 2: Sew

Using a sewing machine and strong thread, sew a thick Zig-Zag line where the above image is marked, making sure to go forward all the way and then reverse all the way back.

Step 3: Weave Nylon Strap through parts

Step 4: Sew

Using a sewing machine and strong thread, sew a thick Zig-Zag line where the above image is marked, making sure to go forward all the way and then reverse all the way back.

Step 5: Add Hinges

Step 6: Add Clips

Step 7: Add Pins

Step 8: Glue

Put a drop of thick CA glue on the end of each pin to affix it to the hinge
