The headband strap that comes with the LYRÖ headphones are ribbed, they were not very comfortable on my bald head so I decided to design a flat version.
There are three versions; "Thin", "Thick" and "Ribbed". Print in TPU.
"Thin" version is the one I found most comfortable and is the one I'm currently using. "Ribbed" is the one that's closest to the original design. If you print the "Ribbed" one, print with the smallest layer height you can get away with as the ridges are curved.
