LUNOS e2 HRV/MVHR interior cover panel 9/IBE

Interior cover panel replacement for Lunos e2 Heat Recovery Ventilation (HRV) System 9/IBE.  This is the cover plate that attaches to the inside wall mounting plate of the HRV.

The fit may be more tight than the OEM panel and require a bit more force to attach, especially if rigid filament is used.

Print orientation:

• Print with the bottom plane flat on the print bed.

Suggested filament type:

• PLA or possibly TPU, ideally with carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforcement.

Suggested print settings: 

• 0.2mm layer height

• 40% infill

• Seam placed on the back surface

• Vertical shells: 5

• Top/bottom layers: 4/5

• Scarf joint placement: everywhere

• "Mouse ears" or brim suggested to help keep the print from curling off the print bed

Supports:

• Organic supports, with support enforcement regions painted on all bottom surfaces of model (top edge, tabs, and bosses).

Extras:

• Printable template for noise-reducing foam liner: A template is included for cutting a thin sheet of adhesive closed-cell foam or vehicle sound absorbing sheet (constrained layer damper material, AKA butyl mat). Print on paper at 1:1 scale.

• Mounting tab for custom cover plate: A small additional model is included of the mounting tab, suitable for attaching to a custom cover plate. The four tabs are spaced as follows to their outer corners: 115.5mm to outer corners in the horizontal plate, 136.5mm to the outer corners in the vertical plate. The tabs are NOT mirrored across the vertical center line, but ARE mirrored across the horizontal center line (see included photo of the wall plate to which the tabs attach).
