I printed in PET-CF with a 0.6mm nozzle on the default 0.3mm layer strength profile.
For best airflow, paint seams on the outside, so that they do not autogenerate on the inside surfaces.
The original product was made by Velossa Tech. If you have trouble printing, dont have high temp materials, or just want the highest performance/durability, I recommend purchasing their intake snorkel for $250+. I looked into getting this model printed professionally, it was going to be $40-60 per piece via FDM PA12-CF.

Cervonij created the first 3d model on Thingaverse, please suppport his work. The front was further modified by edawg. I found issues printing both of these models due to geometry artifacts externally that caused unneccessary support generation or print failures, as well as geometry artifacts internally that caused airflow restriction. I traced the inlet and outlet ports of the original design, then lofted the profiles together in fusion to create smooth uninterrupted shapes that are faithful to the original design and print with fewer supports.
This ends up being about $25 of filament from my 3kg roll from Polymaker. Some users have reported success with cheaper materials for the front part, but you will need something temperature/UV resistant. ASA may be a good option as well.
