Important disclaimer: I do not recommend nor condone printing these out and trying to use them as actual earplugs or in general trying to put them in your ears.
These are basic models I threw together of simple foam earplugs I had lying around to see how well TPU Air could be used to print them. The answer: not very well honestly... it's still far too firm even printed at the highest recommended temp to get the lowest density, and to be effective as earplugs you'd have to print them at 100% (or very close) infill which would make them even less squishy. However, I figured someone might be able to use them to help model earplug cases or the likes, so here (no pun intended) they are. They're the same except one has a wider brim at the bottom like some earplugs have to keep them from getting inserted too far into your ears.
And again: I do not at all recommend actually trying to print these and put them in your ears.
