These Welding table V-blocks are meant to be used with 16mm (5/8") holes.
Designed in two parts so they can be printed with the proper strength orientations and also printed easily and then glued together. simply use superglue or whatever you prefer to glue the pins into the blocks. they have conical mating surfaces so will automatically center and be easy to glue accurately.
Included are two heights, a low-profile 30mm tall block (labelled -LP) and a taller 100mm tall block (labelled -Tall) to help accommodate different needs.
Important Note:
print the pin with the flat side down on the build plate (ie. rotated 90 degrees horizontal from how the file is uploaded here).
this is important so that the layer lines run vertically when this clamp is assembled so as to minimize the potential for that pin to break when in use inside a dog hole.
(OPTIONAL) each block also has space for 2x magnets (6x2mm disc magnets) simply to help keep the block more stable and steady when in use.
