I was teaching Middle and High School Students how to make the classic cone shaped impossible passthrough fidget toys this summer in OnShape. I wanted to show them it was possible to take the same principles and apply them to just about any shape. I made a Cola bottle.
I included two inner spirals, one has a .65mm (loose) gap the other is .45mm (tight) Print the one based on your printers tolerances and tuning.
Edit: I realize I added the version I made with a concave bottom that is more similar to a real Cola bottle. It has quite severe overhangs on that base and will need some support. I added a version today called flat-bottom that prints without any supports needed.
