This is a case for GB Link USB, agtbaskara layout : https://github.com/agtbaskara/game-boy-pico-link-board
README : it works only for regular raspberry pico 1 for now, USB C clones won't fit.
DMG port is not tested, feedbacks are welcome
There are two versions :
Without header pins : the files have noheaders at the end.
This model is smaller in height and works if you have soldered your GB Link USB like this :
There is no switch extender, but it should work fine even without.
With headers pins : the files have headers at the end.
This model is more bulky but works if you used header pins between PCB and pico/level shifter.
Also, there is a switch lever extender to have a nice finish.
If there is no extension, the file works for both variations.
The closing mechanism should ensure a tight fit, but you can still safely open the case with a plastic spudger like this :

After that, work your way out between the gaps on the sides.
I've tested the GBA link port, it works fine, but I didn't tested DMG ports as I only had a Game Boy DMG and not the cable, so I did measured the GB port itself.
I've printed fine with 0.4 nozzle, 0.2 layer height, no supports, in PLA. The letters were a bit scrambled but I've got good results in the past. If you feel a no letter version can be a good idea, let me know in the comments !
