Hello, i've made these inlets for a pool of a friend of mine.
Thread measures:
Type: Bsp pipe threads
Size: 1 1/2
Designation: G 1 1/2-11
Class: B
Direction: Right hand
Material suggested:
ASA: Higly suggested cause is a polymer made expecially to withstand UV light and external environment of the pool. I used eSun white ASA+.
PLA, PETG, ABS: not suggested unless you have an indoor swimming pool at home (no UV light in this case)
How i printed it:
Layer height: 0,12 or more (adaptive layer if you want a better result for the rounded part of the plate)
Infill: 10-30% it's ok
Wall: 3 or more
Supports for the "Inclined Plate" version(it may require a little bit of sanding if your supports leave particlates on the surface, or you can print with the face up clearly)
