Allows you to sand the edges of a piece of wood at a 90 degree angle to the adjacent face. Needs M4 inserts and screws.

This is a significantly-improved right-angle adapter for the Bosch ROS20VSC Random Orbit Sander. It clamps onto the sander and allows for the sander to register against a reference surface, keeping the sanding disc at a fixed 90 degrees to that surface.
I'll add more detail here later and better images, but the positioning is such that the main body's flat outside should face the same direction as the sander's front (where the power switch is).
The original model was a good starting point, but it was unnecessarily hard to print, and its parts did not produce a proper 90 degree angle, which was the whole point. With this model, I have included the STEP file for the spacer, which you can scale and reprint as needed to get to a perfect 90. I would suggest using a light sandpaper to sand the back flat surface down to tweak it.
