This is a basic shell for the RP2040-Zero variant of the GB Link Game-Boy-Zero-Link-Board pcb. I made it generic so it will work with both the port soldered on or just using the in-built tabs that slot into the cables.
The two screw holes are M2x8 machine screws but should also be fine with self-tapping screws. The M2 screws were the only ones I had that fit through the holes on the PCB. Also you can use longer or shorter M2 screws if you have them. The ones I have go pretty far into the screw boss so they can be shorter if needed.
In order to make it as slim as possible, I have the level shifter soldered direct with no pin headers. and I have the RP2040 soldered with headers trimmed down so that it is fairly compact.
NOTE
The blue bodge wire in the images are from the GB Link discord as a fix for possible voltage issues. I needed to cut a trace and bodge those wires in for it. You can ignore them.
