Holder for those large spools that are used on overlock machines. I put a hole in the base so that it can be placed on top of a sewing machine (or it can be placed anywhere on a flat surface.
Bend a paperclip and insert it into the small hole on top of the rod to hold the thread (sewing thread can make a groove in plastic over time).
Print rod on the side for strength. Files should be in the correct orientating. PETG works fine.
FreeCAD file included for easy modifications.
