After my bumper case deteriorated and fell apart I looked for a replacement, it turns out that even copy cases from China etc are upwards or $100au!
My skill are not great in CAD as I am a very occasional user at best and this design needs some work. If you are able to improve it then please do.
My method was to make a simplified blank of the Fluke 85 then I shelled it to create the case, when I tried to print it, the initial print was not good as the TPU 95a I used could not handle the overhangs which is why I squared off the bottom of the case.
The stand, which I printed from PetG is not a finished item and is ill suited to this application the way I have designed it but I will work on improvements at some time, it was more of an after thought.
I printed the case in TPU 95a with fuzzy skin and the case itself feels and looks pretty good. It really should have a bit more height to it to better protect the dial knob.
