⚙ How to Customize for Your Tablet (Fusion 360)

Autodesk Fusion is completely free for personal use. Customizing takes less than 2 minutes:

1. Open the .f3d file in Autodesk Fusion.

2. Go to Design → Modify → Change Parameters (or press fx).

3. Update the user parameters with your tablet’s measurements:

   • tablet_width – Total outer width of your tablet.

   • tablet_height – Total outer height of your tablet.

   • tablet_depth – Depth/thickness of your tablet at the outer edge.

   • display_width – Visible display area width (front cutout).

   • display_height – Visible display area height (front cutout).

4. Export your custom mesh as an .stl or .3mf and slice!

Hint: if you use the front facing camera to detect movement and turn on the frame (like i do, using "fully kiosk"), simply make the display_width large enough to not cover the front facing camera.

🖨 Recommended Print Settings

• Orientation: Print face-down flat on the print bed.

• Supports: NONE (designed support-free).

• Layer Height: 0.20mm (standard) or 0.28mm (fast print).

• Infill: 15% – 20% (Grid or Gyroid).

• Walls/Perimeters: 2-3 walls for strong keyhole mount points.

• Material: PLA, PETG, or ABS.
