Print it of any cheap material. It's intended to be reusable, but there's no strong forces used so PLA is fine.
Apply a tiny amount of grease on both hooks. Push it against a rod and move sideways, then pull it and repeat. Now there's grease applied on both sides without getting it on the belts or other unwanted places.
This 8mm version works for Prusa's MK series and Mini's X and Y rods, while the 10mm works for the Z rods. Naturally works on any other brand too.
