A wall-mounted shelf for organizing small end mills. Designed not to be overfit to specific sizes, and to keep the mills in their labeled shipping containers, because I'm not making a label when someone else already did it for me.
Specifics:
Tray inner dimensions are 19mm x 245mm.
Prints well in PLA with 0.6mm nozzle. Probably prints well with other nozzles and plastics too, but requires decent adhesion to the bed given its large print height.
Designed to avoid the need for support when printed with the open end facing upward.
Requires you to glue the end cap on. CA glue works fine, but use whatever bonds to the plastic of your choice.
Holes fit #6 wood screws, but you can use drywall screws or bolts. Hole diameters are 4.25mm for the screw body and 7.25mm for the head. Use flathead screws.
Wall-to-screw mating surface is recessed 0.5mm to pull the shelf into the wall slightly when installed.
