The official tips could not be sourced anymore so I printed them.

These are not for humans.
A veterinary clinic I know use an ear washer but the disposable tips could not be found anywhere anymore, or at a completely absurd price. The brand probably discontinued them or they have a sourcing problem, whatever the reason is the ears still need to be washed so they asked me if I could make them or something usable with their machine. So I did.
I'm not going to give the name of the company here but the first half is also the name of a famous concord grapes products manufacturer in the US.
Obviously these are not sanitary but neither are the animal ears that need to be washed.
Print Settings
This model is pretty unforgiving as it is designed to have a single 0,4mm wall.
These settings work for me on a Core One L and a Sovol SV08, they would most likely work on all modern printer, it's not that complicated.
Nozzle: 0.4mm or smaller
Layer height: 0.15mm works fine
Enable thin walls detection
Disable fill gaps
Activate supports and internal brim (2mm)
You might want to test the regular perimeter generator if Arachne is not satisfactory
⚠ Important: Minimal retraction distance must be set to 0.5mm, or the model won't print properly around the tab.
Material Notes
PLA works but is probably too rigid — the tab tends to break
PETG would likely be better (not yet tested)
PCTG or PC would be ideal
A transparent filament is probably the best choice
This model will probably be updated at some point but I have already printed the second batch as the first one worked ok.
If you are in the benelux area you can DM me if you don't have a printer but still need to wash ears, we will figure something out.
