This is a floating pool chlorine feeder. It's designed in one piece (lid is separate) so make sure you use enough walls to create a water-tight void inside the feeder so it floats.
As this is going to be in chlorine water, and holding chlorine, as well as likely being outside in the sun, it's best to use material that can withstand the environment. I recommend using ASA filament. PETG may work, but may degrade quicker than ASA due to the chemicals.
I recommend printing upright, with the bottom of the feeder on the print bed. I printed it with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers, QIDI Studio profile "Strength". This created no infill and 100% walls.
