The functional Square Gears can be added to your CAP so that you become a true Gear Head.
Observer s of these gears often mention that they’ve never seen Square Gears function before.
The gears are retained on their post using two small protrusions that fit into a slot within the gear hole.
Printing did not require supports.
The air vent hole in the cap is just large enough to allow the 3mm retainer shaft to thread through it. An alternative would be to use a 3 mm X0.5 X7 mm bolt.
The hat is from Rings End, a Hardware in Darien Connecticut, purchase for three dollars in c2006.
