About model
This model is designed for home use, making khinkali. In addition to the printed parts, you'll need a simple rubber band. The model was developed by me personally and optimized for 3D printing and easy assembly.
Print Settings
I recommend printing in PETG and disposing of all parts that come into contact with food after use. Reprint before reuse for food safety.
All parts except the disk should be printed with 100% infill. They are optimized to minimize filament usage.
The disk should be printed with a layer height of 0.14 or less with tree supports. It is important to carefully remove supports.
The leaves should be printed with a layer height of 0.14 or less. It is important to use Z-axis anti-aliasing (ZAA) to minimize the difference between layers along the Z axis. Need to print 14 leaves.
I've also added dough cutting rings of varying diameters. A 14cm diameter ring is sufficient for making khinkali. For your own personal use, I've added rings of smaller and larger diameters.
Assembly guide
Take a rubber band and cut it in half.

Thread the rubber band through each petal twice, through different holes, and tie the ends into a tight knot.

Insert the leaves into the disk so that the different rings of the rubber band are inserted into the groove of the disk and into the space behind it. Distribute the leaves and the tension of the rubber band evenly around the entire circumference of the disk.

Thread the overlapping rubber bands through the special cutout in the outer ring of the disk, and insert the knot of the rubber band into the cutout of the disk cylinder.

Connect the sleeve and frame.

Lower the sleeve into the frame, insert the disk into the groove of the frame, and turn.

Insert the cap into the frame and turn.

How to use
Google the dough and filling recipe.
Roll out the dough to a width of 14 cm or more (depending on the ring you choose), 2-3 mm thick, and cut into rings.

Open the khinkali maker's leaves by lowering the sleeve inside the frame. Place the dough circle so that it covers all the leaves.

Place the filling in the center of the dough circle.

Press the khinkali maker's frame to close the leaves. This forms the khinkali. Pinch the end of the khinkali and cut off any excess.

Freeze the khinkali as soon as possible to prevent them from losing their shape.
