Due to errors compounding when doing a d20 freehand, i found it much simpler to use this sort of jig. The design is a bit overkill, but it works great. Print 3 and tape the perimeter togheter with some masking tape.
How to use:
Print 3 and tape them together with masking tape.
Add a piece of foiled glass, tack the middle seam with the next piece.
Repeat previous step until you have a all 10 pieces soldered.
Full solder the inside of the two halves, making sure to not to solder where the two halves is going to interface.
Repeat for the other half, put the two halves in the jig and tack them together (jig can work like a handle).
Solder the rest, add in a wire hook for hanging if you want (not gonna write up a whole tutorial on how to do stained glass here).
If you want more sizes, message me and i can add a couple.
